Also, you'll get detailed city plan regarding the land "Informasi Rencana Kota" (which include kdb/klb/kb/subzone/etc).

4. 1,5% DOWN PAYMENT
When you already decide to make a purchase on this land, you could lock this land to be yours by paying 1,5% down payment. Since you'll be buying with a group of other buyer (group buying), We'll also collects downpayment for another piece of land within this specific inventory.

Don't worry if somehow the other piece of land won't sell after the time limit, we'll refund 100% of your downpayment.

5. TRANSACTION
Congratulations! you are on the last step on owning your land. We'll contact you and you could choose available dates to finalize your purchase.

Provide us with detailed data regarding your land. Since we'll be selling your land for smaller size in order to speed up the sale process, make sure you can divide your land to 50m2 - 120m2 per lot (minimum width is 4,5m). Currently, we only accepts SHM certificate

We'll inform you with our real time evaluation regarding value of your land and estimation on how quick it could be sold. (typically less than 60 days)*

3. POSTED
After approval on pricing from your side, we'll send an agreement through an email. Simply signed it and we'll posts your land for sell in our site.

4. DAILY UPDATES
We'll notify you everytime there is a new buyer interested in your property, and when there is a new buyer that pay for down payment for your land.

5. TRANSACTION
Congratulations! you are on the last step on selling your land. We'll contact you and you could choose available dates to finalize your sell.
